Our up-to-date flame cutting and plasma machines use the latest CAD software to produce profiles to our customer's requirements. From the simple blank to complex parts we can supply with accuracy and precision all marked in accordance with the relevant standard.
We work carefully with selected partners to deliver additional services to provide a turnkey service for customers which include folding, machining, shot-blasting, and painting.

Flame profiling or oxy-fuel profiling is used to cut steel with the combination of pure oxygen and propane as a fuel. We can offer both individual and high-batch runs quickly and efficiently.
This method of profiling is ideal for thicker materials and is capable of bevelling.

This is the process of cutting steel using a plasma torch, and compressed air to blow away the molten metal.
Plasma cutting has a huge speed advantage, which allows for larger runs with shorter lead times. Our HD Plasma cutter is the latest in profiling technologies allowing for cleaner and more precise cuts with True Hole & True Bevel technology.
Application - Flats, angles, box section, columns, beams & channels.
